Lovely apartments, terrible experiences! Don’t rent with Houss!!!

The apartments are modern and facilities are great, but the service is **********! They are sly with statements and invoices. We were promised appliances which we paid a deposit for and never received with no reason, then they add the R2100 to the invoice anyway. They don’t respond to emails when you try to correct them and come back with a hefty bill! Then they charge you R1000 for “missing the payment date” which you didn’t, but it’s because they add extra costs to your rental. They want you to reapply to move to another complex while all the admin staff sits in one office, where they could do a mere transfer! Applications appear on our credit reports… The worst service I’ve received from an agent! It’s ********** coming from such a huge fraternity!
