Leaks,cracked walls and unhealthy living environment

The leaks in this place are too much now and no 1 is attending to them!Early this year we had a leak from the kitchen roof that also damaged my microwave,cupboard and the wall,they came closed the leak and the cupboard and wall are still not fixed!

A month ago we had a blocked toilet of which when the plumber came and opened the pipe,it was the main pipe that had a blockage but I was the only one charged for the blockage because am at the ground floor!

2 weeks back we had a leakage that was fixed from underneath the bath tub which has costed me alot of money,it was the hot water pipe that was leaking!and still no one has come to put back the tile that's broken when they were fixing the leak.

And also I've been complaining about cracked walls in this unit and nobody had said anything about it.

We also nearing summer time and the rain water gets stuck in the back yard for weeks and that brings alot of mosquitoes and frogs.
