Lavania Nicker, Mainah Machombe, Leonora Nkwinika from Houss Rental. I want my money back!

I’ve been struggling to get my full refund from Houss Rental: The Precinct Luxury apartments since January 2024. I’m really disappointed by the unprofessional service I received from the finance department: Lavania Nicker, Mainah Machombe, Leonora Nkwinika. You don’t take your clients seriously! This is not how a first time client should experience service at any level. December 2023, I had paid R11000 deposit(which was more than the actual deposit) in order to secure an apartment for January 2024. Before the actual date I had to move in, I then asked for a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, in which I was guaranteed to get it back informed by my agent that refund takes 15-21 days. Bare in mind, I haven’t even received my keys yet let alone viewed my actual apartment since the apartment was occupied & was not on show. I emailed & called the finance department consistently so, only for them to respond back to me 2 months later. They refunded me R1700 from the R11000. I then asked how everything was calculated and they never responded to that. Houss Rental specifically Lavania Nicker, Mainah Machombe, Leonora Nkwinika. I want my money back!

This is a warning to everyone not to consider Houss Rental company apartments. Even the apartments are not as luxurious and nice as they seem. To top it off, the poor service and lack of consideration for clients is sickening.
