Houss Rental is the Worst

Houss Rental though they boast beautiful units and facilities, they have the most arrogant employees who are not customer centric. Houss Rental due to their employees, especially the finance team are a waste of money. If you ask me, avoid renting from them, I know this because I rented there for 2 and a half years and what a terrible experience.

Some of the other things to note is that when you have a complaint against them they literally never resolve it they simply ignore you.

In summary, Houss Rental is beautiful outside but rotten customer service.
