The Parks Lifestyle Apartments that is managed by Houss Rental milks the cents out of people. Their Unimet System is ridiculously costly and it applies charges of its own on a monthly basis. for 75Kwh of electricity, we pay around R200 and a few cents. Hot water is always a hassle to buy because the system is always showing the error message 'device busy'. I have to call Unimet to load units for hot water and even lights. Their agents are not even complaint to be operating as estate agents. The area has no network half the time. Do not make a mistake and rent out an apartment there.
