I have been living in the Parks for a while now and noticed some real double standards, 1st is the fact that people dont throw away their *******? I mean come on really? how hard is it to open a lid? The residents are enforced by the rules of the estate "which is all well and good" but the club house/restaurant/ pool area doesnt have to obey the rules? Jax or Jacks or however his name is spelled cant be bothered to follow the rules either, the best bit is, the club house/restaurant/ pool area isnt even run by The Parks, but rules? who cares right? but as soon as a resident steps out of line its a problem, and Jessica who is the land lord really doesnt care as long as she gets money so there is no point in sending her a mail because you get told they are allowed to make a noise as its a "restaurant" honestly the noise coming out of there is so deafening its easier to call a club/shabine, I thought I was moving into a dignified and cultured estate but instead its party 24/7 dont give a flying F about the residents and the older people living there. Houss should take this seriously because they are losing money because Jessica and the club house/restaurant/ pool area dont give a **** about you, everything you read on Google Reviews and Hello Peter is true. Management has tried what they can and security as well but JESSICA just over rides the rules because she is the Land Lord and doesnt give a ****
