House Rental is a ****

This place will add charges for late fee, even though you have paid prior to the 25th using the reference they said you must use when deciding to make rental payment instead of waiting for debit order. I’ve been living here since April 2025 and I’m absolutely annoyed and livid by how many times I’ve been charged for apparently paying my rent before the debit order. Also the washing machines don’t work so we basically paying for facilities we don’t even use, let me tell you the gym is a hazard on its own the equipment don’t even work. My WiFi will just and power will be out while some apartments have power. I spoke to a lady and she said I’m being charged for late payment because i didn’t wait for the debit order to go off instead i decided to pay before the debit order that is the reason im being charged extra

The worst decision was moving here. When i moving i better get my deposit back, people are already complaining that they refuse to give our deposits back.

I hate this place it’s horrible they over charging us for nonsense. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
