Horrible experience at The parks lifestyle apartment managed by Houss Rentals

There is absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to maintenance at this estate. My apartment was once flooded with sewage on a Friday, and they only attended to it on the following Monday—an unacceptable delay for such a serious issue.

Now, once again, we’ve had no hot water since Friday. I logged a ticket, and they claimed the issue was being sorted out, yet nothing has been done—and it’s now the weekend, so clearly no one is available to assist. This isn’t even the first time we’ve experienced hot water issues.

They may try to blame the water outage, but this same problem occurred even when there was no outage. Why are there no maintenance staff on standby over weekends?

It’s been over 7 days now of having to boil water in a kettle just to bathe—this is a major inconvenience, especially with kids needing to prepare for school and adults going to work.

And this is just one of the many ongoing maintenance issues we face at this estate. It’s extremely disappointing.
