*****: Houss Rental at Parks Lifestyle apartments

I was a resident of a newly built 1 bedroom apartment at the Parks Lifestyle Estate and I moved out on 31 March 2022. When I moved out I left the apartment clean and in good condition however I received a statement today showing amounts that were deducted against my deposit. The amounts are R2600 for painting, R500 for cleaning and R400 for plumbing. These amounts are exaggerated and do not justify the condition of the apartment. I'm unhappy with the exploitation that this company did to avoid paying me back my deposit. This is ***** in day light
