Finance team

Poor service from the finance team, specifically Gale. Sherilyn was amazing. I have bee requesting for my GCT refund for the past month and without any depth she rep**** with the statement, after sending numerous emails to her with more details I still have not received any feedback regarding my money that was already approved on the 2nd of April already.
