Don't waste your time!

Don't waste your time renting with Houss. They will make any excuse to deduct from your deposit. On my move out inspection in Carlswald Luxury Apartments they noted dust marks and charged for painting walls because of a small mark. Simple things that can be wiped with a cloth and soap. They even charge you a cleaning fee as per lease agreement. The guy doing the inspection barely spoke to me and he did not inform me what they were charging and how much. Even marks that were there when I moved in. Their inspection process is not transparent at all. They will do a rough move in inspections and say no that's fine don't worry about that mark, but when you move out and they conduct move out inspections every single scratch or mark you must pay for. Helpful note should you move here, make sure you list everything on your move in inspections and take lots of pictures. Otherwise you will have no luck getting your deposit back. The service was terrible and inefficient, I had to keep reminding them to make sure everything was correct and updated.

Such a stressful process and it's really not worth it
