5ive on Thirteenth Biggest *******!!! False advertising!!! If there was an option to choose no stars I would.

These clowns advertise units on billboards , ranging from R5800 - 10800.

When your statement is sent - the amounts are now increased. Units are now being advertised for R11600 on property channels , yet the advertised amount on the property is lower… Sewage,refuse and electricity is another *******. The restaurant is joke - never has food or specific ingredients e.g milk - when ordered a coffee I was told they can do it cause they don’t have milk. Tried to order food again I was told there isn’t wings , this wasn’t the first time. The restaurant also homes a family of rodents running freely.

The facilities on the estate are amazing (not the restaurant) However management is a joke. Complained about a broken toilet seat - apparently they will order it - months later is still on order I guess. Shower head same story. Complained about cracks on the walls - was told it would be sorted - nothings been done.
