Do not use the storage facilities, your items will get damaged and they will miscalculate your payments!

I have been using their storage facility since May 2024 to date. I’ve made 14 payments from day of occupancy to date including a deposit. They keep on saying I’ve missed a payment.

I sent them pops but they are adamant that I’ve missed a payment since I wasn’t paying on the 1st of every month.

It’s 13 payments to May 25 and 14 payments for June 2025…. This is mismanagement of funds and I must bear the grant of it. I need a sensible person to let me know which calculator they have been using because this is utter nonsense!!!

To top it off, my items got damaged from rains in their facility and no one has gotten back to me for their replacement instead I’m being bul**** to make a payment that I’ve already made. ****ty service Maybe I’m stupid and I don’t know how to count but can someone please make me understand where my last payment got allocated.
