DO NOT rent from HOUSS Rentals. You'll regret it, dearly.

Absolutely unprofessional.

My brother and I have been unhappily living with HOUSS Rentals for 5 months now, and I can list the follow reasons for you to not rent with them:

1. Concerning reviews involving the deposits not being paid back - feel free to look at them here on Hello Peter. 2. Senior Management doesn't care about your complaints and ignore you - I have 5 months of e-mail correspondence regarding noisy neighbours leading nowhere. 3. The floors are PAPER thin. You will hear EVERYTHING above your flat. 4. There are restaurants on the estates, which means 50% of the people over the weekend are there to party, rev their cars obnoxiously and scream their lungs out in the hallways next to you sleeping. 5. They reduced our, and our neighbour's, lawns by about 1 metre with ZERO warning or reply to our e-mail.
