Disappointing service

I stay at The Parks Lifestyle Apartments and I’ve never seen such poor service delivery in my life.

The people at this development don’t answer emails and calls.

They overcharged our rent amount and restricted our access into the estate and cutbof WiFi connection even though we tried time and time again to get into contact with them to no avail.

They also have no sense of urgency when it comes to these pressing matter and are in fact disingenuous.
