Appalling and disrespectful service from Houss rentals and The Precinct

Do not rent any units with Houss! They have still not refunded my deposit 21 days after exiting despite the fact that the unit was left in pristine condition and they owe me ten thousand rand. I received vague promises on when it will be paid. Furthermore the general service from Houss is appalling. Hidden costs over and above the advertised rental, rude agents who clearly couldn’t give a damn once the upfront deposit is paid. Run for the hills!
