5ive on Thirtheenth is a **** AND THEY ***** FROM THIER TENANTS

I have rented out an apartment there and only stayed there for 3 months and i had then moved out end of August and i requested for my deposit back, they still have not given my deposit back ,as well as they want to take R2900 for a chip paint that i had mentioned to my agent wayne when i moved in , he then said no dont stress it wont affect anything. we have not been in there long enough for them to take so much money off my deposit as there is nothing wrong with the apartment but they **** the the tenants into signing an inspection form but do not tell us how much will be taken off. the inspector who did my apartment said to me that our apartment is good and they just have to come clean up but other than that everything looks good and he is happy with how the place looks etc, two days later we get our inspection form back and all of a sudden there is a fee of R2900 for things that should be taken care for by the landlord why should i use my deposit money for them to re paint walls that dont need painting on . i have emailed over 6 agents / people that work there and none of them have been of assistance but only because it is not their money they are not worried, i have been disrespected by the accounts lady lavarnia , i have been ignored by my agent Wayne as they know that they are in the wrong, it is already the 18th and this issue has not been resolved , so please do yourself a favor and do not move in there as all they do is **** people
