5IVE ON THIRTEENTH HELL

Recently moved out of 5ive on thirteenth and am absolutely flabbergasted at the amount of dishonesty and ********* behaviour. When moving in, I did not pay a deposit as part of a promo they had on. After moving there were issues with people throwing dirty ******* over balconies, noise at all hours. The entry inspection was rushed and not done properly. After moving out I was told I must pay over 3k for "damages" that they can't really prove. They followed up with a threat of blacklisting!

It's not worth the pain you will have trying to deal with their agents or management staff. Rather stay away. No one takes responsibility. They don't care about the service provided to tenants once you've moved in.
