The estate was poorly managed and dealing with the rental agents was an even more frustrating process. Particularly Charles who took it upon himself to lie even though we had hard evidence proving him incorrect. When you send emails no one responds and when you follow up with a call they are unhelpful and refer you to 3 to 4 people before you are helped. The general upkeep and maintenance of the common areas is basically non-existent. For months the tennis court remained unusable due to damage, to this day I am not sure if they have ever fixed it. The maintenance costs are included in your rent so there’s no reason for such poor service. This place is honestly the worst and its management staff is just as horrible.
