Failed by my bank

I'm lost for words, I thought my life would be changed would better, when I got approved by HIP for home loan, now I'm even regretting the day I signed with HIP. HIP does not care about their clients, they do not practice what they preach, I dont like talking bad about companies, but this one is worse, I would not advise anyone to accept approval from HIP, as I'm typing now, next week my house will go under the hammer, and I will be out in the streets with my kids, because of no communication and proper advise from HIP, I tried to make arrangements, when you talk to nolifefe she understands , when you talk to someone karabo it's a different story and I feel like he is harsh and chicky, it's like there is a division that I dont understand. I feel as a customer, have been failed by my bank, whom I thought is always there for me. But now when I look at it it's all about business and not about the well being of their customers and even when I look at the reviews here, theres not even one that compliments HIP, I'm disappointed and ashamed to be part of your client base, anyway it will be over soon, I'm praying to God everyday, for strength and understanding.
