Good day Mr Hello Peter I have a complaint against a housing agent in East london south africa, I was a tenant at HAEL my experience with the company was ridiculous unprofessional stuff members, upon moving the apartment I was renting was never painted but when I moved out I was told to pay for paint(mould) and labour which was not on the lease agreement form and I was told to wait for 15 working days before I can get my deposit and when I contacted them today I was told that I can take legal action if I want to as they will not refund me my money today, I was told about forfeiting a discount of 50% which is not on their contract /lease agreement list, I desperately need my money back and need your assistance with regards to getting all of my money back including for the paint as I did not sign anything agreement with them regarding me painting the property as I believe that HAEL does have maintenance department employees which they compensate on monthly basis should be liable for their property
