*******ly have my furniture held

I was a tent at Hael, life happened and I missed my monthly payment. When I went to negotiate at the office I was met with rudeness so much that I left crying. I was eventually evicted. Only to take clothing, furniture, bedding and kitchen utensils were locked inside. They had a judgment on my name. I paid the outstanding rent but still I can't have my things because I still owe the Municipality. Is this fair?
