Favouritism and selective enforcement of rules

I’m a tenant who temporarily parked in an undesignated area while I made breakfast due to limited parking in my block. While several cars were parked similarly, only my car was clamped—others received warnings. When I raised concerns about this apparent selective enforcement, the staff member (believed to be Tandi) responded with rudeness and failed to provide a clear explanation as to why I’m not getting warning like others, instead she kept threatening of becoming rude and told me I can leave anytime when I asked for answers.
