Owner does not refund DEPOSIT Ever

Good day, I moved two months ago to Shelly Beach, KZN. my neighbors started to help me and himself to my things. All tenants of Helen (House wife) It got so bad he was coming during the day, till I did not go out, he has a bird's eye view from their veranda, so they know who is in and who is out, One night they drugged me, I could not wake up, they were in my house taking what they wanted, in my bag. I was so Ill, my grandson talked to me over the phone to get up and move around, I called the police also told them they have my things and would not return it. I then informed the owner that I would not stay. I had put up double curtain rails, shower over the bath, 2 new locks at R460 each, that Gert had suggested, he knows locks and such, he brought another security gate, took him 2 days to to fit it till I helped him it was ok then except for one *****, I asked him where it was said it fell, I found it and gave it to him to put in, later saw he did not. That ***** hold the lock in place so he was able to pull it out from the front, the security lock he just broke. He came every night, I threw glass pieces on the mat. He did not stay long and I have photos of the blood on the stoep, he stayed away two days. I arranged to move gave written notice and verbal notice to Helen the owner, she then turned nasty, took their side. She came when I told her I had a mover coming, screaming like a fish wife, The tenats in 1093 Reported my move. I had given notice. and sms her I was moving that day. this was the second time she screamed at me, I had just moved in and saw my floors were 2" deep in water, I did not know where it came from it was 10 ,in the evening, I then phoned her that was the first time she shouted at me. Said it came from outside and I must put a towel by the door if it rains. She says her house Her RULES, but does not give you the rules, as Veronica said, she has a set of rules for us, and a set for her family, their dogs bark all day and night, cats do not get fed I was feeding them. How was I to know if she did not tell me. I had water and mud right thru to the back room, I spent till 3am mopping. She came the next day and went off again. Never giving you time to reply, screams and walks off if you try to say something she tells you to keep quiet.! When she came the truck had just arrived she was so cross, screaming she would not inspect till we were out. I sms her when all was loaded, she did not reply. I phoned her an hour later, she refused said she was not home etc. I locked up as I was driving alone to Cape. Gave the keys to her grandson. She had said if the security gate as not right she was getting a guy in who was specialized it that. I would have to pay. The driver of the moving company, Replaced the *****s with bigger ones so that the frame was tight, also the gate locked properly. I replaced the top of the system, that Gert had broken with a new one cost me R285.00 I put a new toilet seat on as well. I spent over R3000.00 on the property! I said Gert broke in every day and I had told her, she should have insurance for that, it was from the outside, and it was a break in . Now I sent her a what's ups Sms but she is not responding to me. I said she could take R300 for cleaning, washing floors as I had cleaned the rest even washed Windows. I had refurbished her to iron chairs that was rusted. And that the gardener would clean outside. They pay the staff R120 per day. So there was money (R60.00) for cleaning stuff. I owed her R100 for electricity I bought and she did not have a R300 voucher that I ordered. The amount is R3100.00 Owing to me. Deposit was R3500.00 I was terrorized By tenants in 1093 and my things ******, the ones they did not want was broken, also the ones they had to return, I am a pensioner, So I cannot afford to loose this money. HELEN gave notice in the two months I was there to Three different tenant for dogs barking and silly things. Needless to say she kept there deposit!. Gert had told me he collected his dogs Poo, and put in the young man's flat, so Helen will be disgusted and give him notice, which she did, also not refunding him any deposit, there was two ladies living in the other flat, they made too much noise so Gert and Veronica complained about them and they were given notice, no deposit was paid back to them. Then the young man that lived in my cottage was asked to move to their cottage (The Ladies) so I could have his. He was then given notice to leave, so Helens daughter could take the cottage They complained that his dog was barking too much and ****ting in their driveway, Gert had put his dogs poo in his driveway and told Helen it was that little dog, so he was given notice and did not get a cent deposit. He also put a bucket of poo in my parking bay when I went out, just after Helen’s gardener had cleaned the parking area. Now it is my turn. I gave notice when they started lying and *****ing from me, I left a full two weeks before the end of the month after they had drugged me. They told me Helen was a walk over. Which I agree now that I see how they manipulate her to give everyone notice. She must be losing a lot of money without tenants. Helen does not reply to my sms`s She has a large turnover of tenants, and keeps deposits to get by.
