tess said she could make my custom design with my selected material. when we went for measurements she suggested one of her existing and incomplete designs. i refused as it was ugly &i came from joburg for the dress i had asked her to make (i was referred to her by her friend supplying her material). she had already taken 50% deposit from me. i came for the fitting and she only presented her design. i asked wheres the dress i ordered? she said you ordered this (despite our communication being written). she further said take it or leave it. she refused to refund me and the bank said she refused the reversal so i cannot get my 50%deposit back. i got nothing from her in exchange for my money not even a zip or a button. to this day. during my measurements their was a bride doing a fitting in tears and she was telling her this is what you ordered. when she came to meet me she said the lady is bridezilla. i havent had a wedding so i couldnt relate. till she did the same thing to me.
