Terrible service from HouseMe Rentals

HouseMe Rentals is an online agency with one email address and you can never contact them. They are persuing to sue me for a penalty on my moving out because the property they rented me had damp walls and I was forced to move out within the first month I rented. They protect the landlord against all cost, despite the living conditions. They dont hear your problems, they are all about money money money . They advised me that they are not there to think about the condition of the property.
