Not a reassuring website.

Their website is not intuitive, when in the property area there are no links back to support or help. The support is almost non-existant, it looks like they try run the business on a shoestring with no telephone numbers given - only email and then it is hard to find the email address. The website crashed for me and trying to register ended up with authentication emails identified by ISP's as junk. The system seems to have been designed with a specific flow and parameters in mind (the mind of the designer) but, unlike well constructed systems, the flow is not intuitive and the concept of catering for anything outside it is ignored - let's face it many users will just hit buttons in the hope of succeeding - in this website it is likely to crash. I gave up trying to load the properties I wished to let, which is a pity.
