Management Package - what management?

Pathetic management -experience over 6 months. I have had such a disturbingly disappointing experience with Houseme. My last experience on the ' Hero' management package -where they should have been managing the entire tenant process was **********. I had deal with an aggressive tenant - who routinely harassed me for answered when Houseme was meant to be dealing with it. I alerted them to this but nothing changed and he continued to do so throughout. Final straw came with the out-going inspection - with Houseme suggesting I take what the tenant offered rather than what had been agreed to with much negotiation regarding the state of the apartment. Waste of money for sure. This is so sad because my last 3 or so years was really good - not sure what changed.
