Horrible Letting Agents

HouseMe is horrible at placing tenants, especially if you trying to let a property out in Durban. They had told me to hand over keys to a tenant, that they had screened and said she can afford the place, without receiving a deposit, thereafter I did not get paid for the first month rental. Only after calling numerous times did I finally speak to a Manager and received only partial payment as they charged the whole year commision fee on the first rental. After receiving first month rental I had issues every month after, even though the tenant only moved in Dec 2019. I had to call every month to find out whats going on with rental. In feb 2020 tenant still did not pay rental. After fighting for rental I find out she still hadn't paid deposit, which should have been reported and lease cancelled in the beginning. I am taking legal action against HouseMe as I have experinced so much financial issues, and since this was my first time using any agent.
