Excellent service but the website needs improvement

Houseme's communication is great with weekly updates on my properties and the service from their staff is quick and efficient. There was times that I was unable to access my properties or login but the down time was usually only a few minutes. I am happy that they found a tenant for me and now I can hopefully relax for the next 12 months.
