It sucks when you have no choice but to use HouseMe as a tenant because your desired home is listed with them. Cheap management fee of 2.5% means *** service for the tenant. Emails take up to 3 days to be responded to. No direct answers given. Terrible customer service. Don't send a company to do a real estate agents job.
