Bad service

I have had a really bad experience with Houseme. I app**** for housing and I received an email saying that my application was approved. Once I received this I retracted all other applications I had at other places as this was my first preference. I was then sent a lease and found out that it had the personal details of someone else. I contacted them to ask if they made a mistake and was advised on call that the correct lease would be sent to me. I then received an email saying that they made an error when sending me the lease and that the application was unsuccessful, leaving me to look for a new place last minute .
