Bad attitude and poor service

When we moved to into our new house, we were recommended by the estate agent to use this supplier in order to open our municipal account with CoJ. We paid them over R1200. We later received an email from them providing us with an account number and I made payment into this account of R5k. I then accessed the account details to find that they provided me with someone else's account number
