Horrible service

I booked a service with this company to come clean my couch.i paid the deposit.they were supposed to come on a Saturday they never came.got a call at 4pm saying their car broke down.following appointment no show.i have been requesting my deposit and I'm being sent from pillar to post.never ever use them they are not reliable
