Very poor customer service

I have a complaint this morning I was shopping at household plastics factory shop in Clair wood durban. Their customer services and the treament they give customers are shameful . I am disgusted that they call them selfves wholesales n yet rob people with their prices on the shelf and the Price at the till.I bought 2 baskets one pet and the other picnic. The picnic basket on the shelf was R95 when I got to the till I paid n looked at the slip I saw she charged me R150. I brought it to their attention. She made me look like I was lying about the price. They call all their managers to go check the price 1 brought 2 price. 109 and 150. Which was not wat I saw, I walked in the back and got the price tag a guy followed me I gave it to him. He wen in the office and took like 25 minutes to decide to give me back my R55. So wen the guy decided to finelly refund me his spoke to the lady say to refund me R41. I ask him why he brings back the 109 and the 150 tags to show me . So I asked him wheres the tag I have to that other guy. He started to argue with me, so I told him to keep the money I will report them. Another gentleman came after me to give me the R41 I told him to let them get rich. This is not about the money it's about customer principles I'm highly irated with their behavior.
