Bad service

Bought a property in Rhodesfield that seemed promising with the agent making all sorts of promises of renovations having to be done to the property, I've had to run back and forth with my property not being done 3 months later and the Agent being unprofessional on the matter. I've driven up and down about 4 times and I am still not able to move into MY property being the new Owner. Renovations promised were not fulfilled as yet.
