Best money i ever spent
As a first time home buyer i really did not have a clue how to price defects in a house and how to even detect all of them. Great thing that there is HouseCheck. I have been impressed with them from the quick online quoting system, their detailed online information all the way through to the final product.
The inspector did an amazing job of detailing all the smallest cracks in the floor all the way to climbing on and in the roof and inspecting everything. The 77 page report with photo evidence of all the finds went far beyond my expectations.
I was able to use the report in negotiating the price down of my house by many multiples of the cost of it.
The inspector followed up on 3 times on the report: before, right after inspection and post report. I always felt kept in the loop and was encouraged to ask questions and received detailed answers. Not to mention his great sense of humour .
