Unable to edit or delete old ad

The site had potential... One is able to post a free advert BUT then you cannot edit or delete it!!

All emails to request assistance go ignored. I have been trying since September 2017 to get them to remove this advert. There is only an email address under their contact info, and one cannot contact the site any other way. We do not have the option to edit/delete so as a site user, our hands are tied.
