Rental tribunal Durban

Nobody can be bias before hearing out both parties. I was renting and paid my deposit due to so many reasons i gave the landlord notice. Some of the reasons are invasion to my privacy, repairs to cars and loud noises, people coming and shouting at late hours of night claiming for monies what the landlords son has taken, spray painting right outside my window etc etc. I then was told to move out or my belongings will be thrown out. I move out and went to the rental tribunal Durban. The day of the heating the landlord didn't turn up what does this mean isn't he the guilty one. My deposit which the landlord has taken is not given to me up till this day. I didn't get much help by the rental tribunal as they haven't heard me out.
