Horrible Experience

If you are looking for a formal dress, I would strongly recommend considering other options before purchasing from House of Superior Clothing.

I found the sales process very pressurised, with little opportunity to take your time, think about the purchase, or consider whether the dress was really the right choice.

Most importantly, be aware of their refund policy. In my experience, they refused to provide a refund even though the dress had been purchased only six days earlier and no alterations had been made to it. I also did not see any clearly visible signage in the store informing customers of this no-refund policy before making the purchase.

What was particularly upsetting was the way the matter was handled. The owner herself told me that she would not provide a refund, even making the comment that "even if you die, I won't refund you."

I am sharing my experience so that other customers can be aware of the store's refund policy and the sales approach before making a purchase. Make sure you fully understand their terms and conditions before committing to a dress.
