<p>Sold me a TV unit on the premise that the unit which cost R12,000.00 was soild wood, upon delivery after almost 3 weeks I found that it was solid chipboard. After several calls to the saleman in admitted that the unit was not wood and that the factory falsely informed them. I requested they collect the unit and give me a full refund for which Mohamed the sales person agreed. I waited all week for them to collect and for feedback and had ni joy, so I visited the store and requested he sign my receipt that they will collect the unit and that I will get a full refund. they eventually collected the unit after several phone calls but deducted 10% of the refund and short paid. they are cheats and cannot be trusted.</p> <p>I will not recommend this store to anybody!</p>
