Bad telephone etiquette - business owner

The owner has no telephone etiquette. She has so way to speak to clients, in fact she is of the opinion that after she says the word ’bye’ irrespective of whether the client is still speaking to her she can just hang up. If her telephone service is is this nature I can just imagine how her service must be.
