Con Artists

Went in to them to install a converter as my radio on my truck was blown. He did all the wiring installed the new converter and told me to buy the same JVC radio and plug it in. After 3 days the radio stopped working. We went back to them and they said it's because one of the speakers was blown and that blew the converter. I said to him if he knew the speaker wasn't working and that it might cause problems why did he leave it connected when he did all my re-wiring. He couldn't answer and tried to set the blame on me. I told him that in any case that could not have blown the converter. I phoned around to get some more views on the situation and called him back. i told him that his converter wasn't sufficient enough for my 2 12v bolt batteries. He then changed his story from it being the speaker to he doesn't know and because he didn't plug the radio in, after he told me what to get and do, he won't take responsibility. He was being extremely rude and arrogant towards me. He was obviously lying about the converter he installed and therefore conned us out of our money. I would advise you not to deal with these people. Worst service and attitude ever.
