A **** and a *****!!!

Celest the owner of Perrnanent Make Up Lashes & Brows, refuses to refund me or to redo my eye lash extentions. I had them done and 4 days later there were very few left. She told me that my eyelashes were to short to hold the extensions so, instead of putting more in again I discussed the matter with the lady that did my eye lashes and she agreed that it would be best to not redo them as her boss (Celest) told her and I that my lashes were too short to hold them. I am going on holiday and do not want lashes missing after 4 days. The few that were left were removed and I asked Celest for a refund, she refused and said I am the only client she has had that this has happened to. I then said well then you can redo the lashes, she refused and said she will not refund or redo. Her website says a full set is R450 she charged me R610. She says there is nothing wrong, the problem lies with me and I must just throw R610 down the drain. She is nothing but a **** and a *****!!!! Please be aware and don't ever go to her for any treatments.
