Smokescreens and Bulls***

<p>I bought a leather lounge suite from House of Motani. The “leather” is wearing something terrible. After trying to get someone to view the suite, House of Motani proclaims it was from their “international product”. It seems they import the product but cannot vouch for the wear of the product – DESPITE SELLING ME THE PRODUCT!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I was never told it was an international product and therefore didn’t think that it would wear any differently to a lounger suite I bought over 30 years ago (from House of Motani) – which is in a better condition that the newer lounge suite.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Mr. Motani who referred me to Ebrahim, the MD of the House of Motani International. Ebrahim initially seemed willing to assist but after months of talking and no action I realised what they say and do are disconnected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ebrahim is really bad at proving feedback or sticking to his word.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never met a more careless and shameless bunch before.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would strongly discourage anyone from buying any of their products. Their newer range may appear to be quality but it is not. It peels and cracks, much like plastic.</p> <p> </p> <p>There prices are exaggerated, their products are inferior and their service is shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vote with your feet; spend your money somewhere reputable. </p> <p> </p>
