Bad bad service

<p>Bought a lounge suit 5 seater reclainer set on 15 March 2016. Received broken set and not we have ordered on 16 June 2016. They say they will fix it.????????? We do not want it fixed we need new set. They pick up the set on 17th June replace ut with lone set. This lone set is very uncomfortable and with no reclainers. Now they out off stock with leather that we ordered. Charlene promissed us first week in August we will receive new set. Today 16th August and they say it will take another 3 weeks????????? NO COMMUNICATIONS FROM THEM. PLEASE HELP.</p>
