I had ordered an item from the House of Lordes on the 21st of August and it's almost a month later and I have not received it. I have contacted them countless times but they REFUSE to refund me my money or send me my item, all they provide is excuses. It's disheartening and frustrating to put all your trust and confidence in a brand and they don't even deliver from their end.
