I made an order on the 25th of August, gave them all my details, they told me they will send via PEP store. They have been giving me run around for over 2 months now. When I ask them they give me excuses on top of excuses, telling it has left the warehouse, changed to lost in transit, changed to a whole lot of things like you'll get your notification at the end of the week, I am so tired. I asked for a refund they are now giving me more runaround, say I should wait for this and this it just left the warehouse, or the administrator will be available when when, I'm sick and tired I want my R1400, 00. House of lordes is a ****, they are pathological *****. No one should ever purchase from them, how do you take someone's hard earned money and not give them what you promised. **** ****, on Instagram they go by House of lorde store by Bruce Carter and lordes, based in cape Town.
