The website https://houseoflamps-sa.com/ seems to be a *****ulent website and the same modus operating in other countries and languages such as Netherlands, Germany and UK.

The website looks legitimate and they will process your order as a business would, nevertheless the items first don't arrive and are apparently sent back to Europe.

Upon trying to get hold of the merchant or the courier there is no one on the other line while your funds have been taken.

I gave the apparent merchant enough time to respond. I tried calling... the phone does not engage, I emailed twice and made contact via their "Contact Us" on the website.

No answer.

What a pity... the items in their website look very good and with good apparent reduced prices but it is all a **** it seems. I hope I am wrong but I have reported this concern to my bank.
