House of Lace, Athlone-BRIDAL DISASTER!

what a disaster! i will sincerely not recommend anyone to have their dresses hired at House of Lace in Athlone. They let us fetch our dresses a day before the wedding day at exactly 5:30pm to get **** dresses. The dresses was full of small burn marks as if they were smoking a cigarette while doing alterations on the dresses. Then Ruwaiyda or Rashieda or Shahieda has a massive nerve to have an attitude when we requested a refund for the dresses. They did not want to refund us whatsoever. Furthermore to top things off the dresses was sowed with a green,blue and yellow cotton and it is a Korel Color dress like seriously? what dressmaker does that ? the dresses was not even worn as we needed to make alternative arrangements due to how the dresses looked and still paid R450.00 to hire these dresses how pathetic! and she had an extremely bad attitude when requesting to be refunded! I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED ANYBODY TO HOUSE OF LACE EVER! FURTHER MORE...When we asked to hire the dresses we gave our money and the lady that was assisting us Ruwaida or Rashieda she was speaking to us as if she knows what she is doing and my mother explained to her that she wants the ribbon and bow beneath the breast and she agreed to make it just as the way my Mother wanted it to be. To get the dresses back the day before the wedding and having the ribbon which was meant for the "BENEATH BREAST" to find it "AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ENTIRE DRESS". more like BENEATH TOE". We have not worn the dresses at all and the R450.00 we paid for went to waste as the ' GROWN LADY' did not want to refund us at all. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTERS FURTHER AS I AM NOT LEAVING THIS AS IS. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE WEDDINGS, MATRIC ***** OR FORMAL WEAR YOU NEED TO HIRE FOR WHATEVER REASON PLEASE, KANALA DO NOT GO TO HOUSE OF LACE BASED IN ATHLONE NEAR SHOPRITE OPPOSITE THE TRAIN STATION. DO NOT GO THERE EVER! RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY FOR YOURSELF ON THE DAY YOU NEED TO WEAR YOUR GEAR.
